Room was good. Bed was hard as a rock. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Liked they had hand sanitizer at the desk. Serving from the buffet breakfast I needed to sanitize before eating. Everyone touching the same serving spoon handle. The hotel was very reasonable for Boston also.

Hotel is shabby and run down. Furniture is banged up. My room was billed as a "suite" -- but was a small average room with an stiff sofa stuffed in a corner. Area is light industry. No restaurants or stores within easy walking distance. Staff was terrific. Problems with my room were addressed promptly. I had booked four nights, but pleaded with Expedia for mercy, and was able to get a refund for two nights - and moved to a much nicer hotel in Cambridge.
