This was a terrible overnight stay. The parking spots in the garage are tiny and barely fit my small SUV. The rooms are pretty small and outdated and the bathrooms are tiny. It looks like they only pour money into the lobby. That night we got back late after an event to find our room was about 80 degrees even with the AC set to 67. We went down to the front desk and the guy at the desk was condescending and dismissive and looked annoyed at the noisy people from a wedding that was taking place. But said someone would come up to look at it. A service person was also at the desk, lied to us that the AC has sensors in the doors and turns off when you aren't in the room. No one ever came to look at it so the two of us (one of us is pregnant) and the service dog sweat and barely slept all night in the stuffy, hot room.

The room facility was poor (very weak shower, slow how water, strange electrical wiring). Worse was that they charged a destination fee (and several taxes on that fee) on top of all the legitimate taxes. Not sure what the destination fee was.

Great spot just outside of the main part of Boston. Walkable into the city via one of three bridges. Grocery store nearby and the T is accessible via Kendall sq or the closer Lechmere Great friendly staff

Our room was very nice. It was spacious and included everything you might need including a place to put your luggage, dresser, high counter in bathroom. However, not sure why the hotel sent an email asking if we wanted to pay extra for upgrades like fridge or room with a river view. Don't pay for it! All the rooms come with a fridge. And our room had a river view anyway.
