Housekeeping every day was nice. However, on our checkout day, someone entered our room without knocking, realized it was still occupied, and quietly left — which was a bit odd. Upon arrival, we noticed a few stains on the curtain and found the previous guest’s water bottle and pill container behind the desk. The bed was comfortable, and it was nice to have coffee in the room. The iron and ironing board worked great, which was a nice touch. The location was excellent, and overall the stay felt good — just a few details that could be improved, especially at this price point.

It was so lovely, location was pretty nice, design and service were really great. We ate in the American Restaurant, I jogged on the river with many others in the morning and the service was absolutely lovely. There was one guy at the reception that was so talkative in an obtrusive way, but everyone else was so so sweet, eager and gave the kindest most empathic service. A nice view of the Charles but that's all!

Sadly our stay was very basic. The coffee tasted awful and the price of the breakfast was too high. There was a towel sticking out of the vent near the ceiling, when we asked management they had a repairman come and remove it. The heating system wasn't working and made the room hot and stuffy. Overall the only benefit of this room was the view of the Charles River and that it is located near Cambridge. Overall an acceptable hotel. Will not repeat the stay here again.
