Loved the View

It was a short stay but wonderful being greeted with an upgrade to a river view with a balcony! The room was so spacious for my husband and I. He even got a little work done on the desk since he felt so relaxed that he got some inspiration on something he need to write about. Would stay here again.

Staff went out of their way

We had an issue with bad neighbors making all kind of noise at night - the night manager and staff were very accomidating in helping us to solve the issue to the best of their ability. It was a very challenging experience for us as well as the hotel staff. It is unfortunate how hotel guests can be disrespectful. The hotel was also kind to us on checking out to insure that we left feeling well taken care of. I was extremely impressed by The Royal Sonesta Boston professionalism and willingness to assist us. Bravo!

Staff were very friendly and polite. Hotel was clean, the rooms could use some dusting and upgrade, but very comfortable. The walls are thin. Another family with children kept us up late and woke us up early despite hotel's noise policy.
