We had to upgrade our room in order to check in when we arrived. The air had issues, the remote wouldn’t work. There was a rolling bed in the middle of the room. Had to ask for extra pillows several times. The elevator stopped working, phone wouldn’t work in the room. Bathroom sink had a huge crack in it. Overall wasn’t worth the amount of money we had to pay.

This property is very run down and the staff seem very overwhelmed and in need of some customer service training. You’re nickel and dimes for every addition and even though you say you have 4 people in the room we still had to call down for adequate pillows and towels. The elevators were down on the day of check out and our phone, balcony door lock, and bedside lamps were broken. Do not expect luxury or customer service here but the location was convenient.

Just okay, and barely that!

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The place is pretty shabby from the worn-looking front desk, to the broken elevator to the lousy WiFi service to the weak shower water pressure.

Very nice hotel! Valet staff is super efficient and friendly. Check in staff is great. Loved our room with the small balcony. Excellent location for shopping and dining within walking distance!! The only complaint I had was the mail I had left at the front desk to be mailed was still there when I checked out 3 days later! I asked for it back and took it to a PO myself. Other than that small issue, we really enjoyed our stay here!
