This is absolutely my favorite hotel when in Boston. The staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating which is beyond refreshing! They honored my Gold status allowing us to check in early and valet parking was a breeze! Worth every penny…24/hr parking is close by if you choose not to use valet service. Great job staff at Bostonian for renewing my faith that nice people are still out there!! Lol!! 10 out of 10!

Front desk and bellman were extremely friendly and helpful, when I came back after storing luggage, she recognized me by name and arranged for its retrieval. I had a lovely view from my large room. The coffee machine was lackluster - there is a mini-bar I didn't touch. There was a fridge with water in the lobby I was grateful for after a plane ride from Barcelona. The bed, pillows and sheets were most important and very nice.

Great location, great service, very accommodating staff. Room had some deficiencies; warm fridge, loud aggressive toilet. In all fairness we didn’t make staff aware; we were having such a delightful time it didn’t matter.
