It was the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at that has a stove top dishwasher. Everything required to cook a meal except for utensils cups plates, pots and pans. Not to mention the washer and dryer on the premises was broken the whole time I was there. I had to go to a laundromat to do my laundry. They kept telling me that it would be fixed tomorrow, but tomorrow came and it never got fixed.

The hotel parking was poorly maintained. Snow was not cleared from the entrance, leaving my car sticking out, and the receptionist was arrogant and unwilling to help.

paid extra for king and sofa but ended up with cheaper 2 queens and a kitchen chair torn apart with cigarette burns on it in a non smoking room. pillows are very poor and bed in on frame you feel trying to lay on it.people above us was bouncing a ball most of the night on the floor. after10 pm 2 dogs in the hall started barking away for hrs. then outside the window we watched 2 rats running in the snow and between the cars. no breakfast out. was not worth the stay.
