Its 30 degrees out and the heat didnt work. The concierge didnt care. They didnt have real blankets and when I went to get more - I was given a flimsy cotton comforter which was as warm as a sheet. The hotel is loud due to fact its literallg over the highway - and their noise cancelling machine didnt work. Its insanely difficult to load and unload - and they made it worse by blocking any of the unloading parking spots. And now - they even charge you 30 bucks extra to park overnight. I dont honestly know why anyone would choose to spend decent money here.

Room was very clean. Front desk staff were extremely nice and welcoming. Only negative is how much we could hear the people walking in the room above us.

Comfortable beds, worn carpets, non-slip needed in bathtubs.

charged for parking which I was not aware would be done. Literally can't park anywhere else, basically rob you of another twenty bucks.
