Staff were absolutely lovely and the room was just what we were looking for. Walking distance to everything needed and secure parking. Happily stay there again.

Rooms were clean and comfy bed spa bath did not work which my partner was disappointed with but overall I would thoroughly recommend this property will be back to stay again

Was just a quick over nighter while attend a Taste Tauranga event and it suited our needs, no complaints and just bare essentials

Parking was good very secure

The room itself was a large space but the property is very dated and tired. It did not reflect the photos in the listing. We did enjoy the spa and pool. We would of been very disappointed if we'd paid full price. A 3 star property at best in a 5 star location.

Nice location, very central - can walk to restaurants, bars, coffee shops and supermarket.Poor outside lighting at night, unit not sericed daily - only once asked.
