The room is comfortable enough for the price and I really like having the 3 queen beds. My major complaint was the maid service. We were supposed to have the room cleaned every other day. However the 3rd day rolled around and still no service. I had to go to the front desk and ask for clean towels and to have the room cleaned. We stayed 5 nights but the room was only cleaned once and that was after I had to ask for it.

We asked for a king but none available. Given key for room 116, which was already occupied. At check in they wanted to charge for 2 nights because that's what the computer reflected. I showed my copy of the reservation so we were only charged for one night. We'll probably not come here again after those significant issues.

Spacious room, did not get room service every day. There is no place to hang your clothes other than a hook on bathroom wall. Older furniture chairs. The room was in nice clean condition.

So the check in was fine, no problem. I went to take a shower and the handle came right off in my hand. Commode seat was not either tightened down or was broke. Had to hold while using to keep from turning aside. Plug ins were loose and wouldn't hardly hold to keep things plugged in. Part of curtains were not hooked. Pillows need replaced. I have NEVER stayed where you had to reuse your towels and washcloths. No housekeeper to clean room in 3 days we were there. Will not stay here again.

Doing renovations and our first room was not finished. No towel rack or hanging rack for clothes. Asked to move rooms and we were given a fully renovated room that was super nice. Wish we would have know renovations were going on during our stay as well. Staff was super polite and rooms were very clean.
