This is an older hotel but is clean and the staff are friendly. I really liked the different breakfast combination each morning.

The pictures do NOT match this hotel. We stayed here thinking it would be nice. It was absolutely disgusting. We packed up and left the next day. I never ever leave bad reviews but I don’t want a family getting stuck in this place for how outdated and gross it is.

Many improvements need to be made internet was down, rooms smell like mold, sheets didn’t stay on the bed. We found garbage left from the last people to stay there. Nice location. Easy access to the landing.

So-so

The room itself was sufficient. A bit outdated and on the small side. The beds were a little lumpy but I've slept on much worse. The elevator worked only about 1/8 of the time. But the breakfast was good and the air conditioning worked well, which is crucial. The patio was closed and the breezeway through the building was roped off for painting.

Building is older, bed was not comfortable (sunk in the middle)… great location; however… , the room served its purpose for a place to sleep and provided a decent breakfast in the mornings as we were out and about and rarely in the room. If you plan to hang in the room for any length of time and want a more comfortable bed, I’d stay elsewhere.

I appreciated the commitment of the team there. The bed was comfortable enough. The breakfast was nice. The flooring in the rooms was poorly done, but not having carpet was good. So a positive and a negative. Sound traveled too well from outside the room and from floor to floor. Overall, I’d say they’re doing a good job with what they have.

When we checked in, girl wasn't very friendly. Upon entering our room, saw brownie crumbs all over on carpet, floor and table, then found stains on sheets and bedding. We had shows booked both days to get to, so didn't have time to call and wait for housekeeping and didn't want them in room while we were gone. Made sure to mention it when we checked out. Guy at desk had to get manager to correct something on our reciept first, when I asked for that; said gal who checked us in made some error. He then told me they usually would give a discount for the dirty room, but couldn't because I booked through a 3rd party. That didn't really make sense since it was the hotel's negligence in cleaning correctly. Hotel is quite overpriced being there is nothing outstanding about the hotel. The rooms are pretty small, and it needs updates. Wouldn't stay there again!

Property was not clean, bed was the worst and my back aches like no other from 3 nights on the bed, staff was rude when I tried contacting them about the bed, your perception of the brand best western if like mine is reality man…but the Hilton down the street only cost 40 more per night so the quality of the hotel was reality but they priced it like a better brand name so over priced and under delivered. First and last time…pay the extra money and stay at a Hilton or holiday inn or Marriott
