This was my 2nd time staying here in the last few months and both times booked through hotels.com. This time presented some issues at check in. I booked 2 rooms through hotels.com for my and my girls to go down to the landing for a night. At check in they said they only had 1 room in my name. The guy at the desk immediately acted like my reservation was more work because he had to verify my reservation through a 3rd party website. His words. I advised I booked 2 rooms, showed him the email and that I only had 1 reservation. He then told me he couldn't help me. I needed to reach out to Expedia or hotels.com that if I would have booked through them directly I would be entitled to customer service. WOW. He apparently had to do something else and left the desk. The other lady at the desk was more friendly, helped me try to figure out what happened because the only option was chat and I was just standing there waiting to get through to someone, basically one of the rooms came over in my daughters name because I had to list who was going to be in the other room. Our rooms ended up not being together because they came over with different names. Street side is loud but they do have ear plugs in those rooms.
