Many 3 or more bedroom properties in Branson, have entrances on second floor. At The Pointe you are just upstairs from parking lot. Inside the condo, the main floor has: living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry closet, main bedroom with ensuite bathroom, arch window bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs (the 2nd floor of condo, 3rd floor of the building) are 2 bedrooms, a den and a full bathroom. To find walk in accessible properties, see filters on VRBO search filters.

The condo is comfortably updated. Also, our great location is just a short walk to Lake Taneycomo, BBQ/Picnic and playground area and the private Pointe Royale trailhead. Located 10 minutes to Table Rock Lake and 17 minutes to Silver Dollar City. The Pointe is well away from the heavy traffic but close to everything Branson.

At the condo, you are a short walk or drive to the Clubhouse, where you can eat breakfast or lunch, access the indoor or outdoors pools, the hot tub, or work out in the workout facilities. During summer time, the Tiki Bar is open in the pools area. Spend the day at the pools! Our major problem is trying to get the grandchildren out of the pools.

The condo has a washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Handy if you spend the days at the pools. We supply laundry soap. Enjoy your favorite shows on the 3 cable TVs. Stay connected with the free Hi-speed internet. Work from here if you must.

The kitchen has just about everything you need, from the range, refrigerator, dishwasher and many pans, glass cookware to many dishes and utensils. There are 2 dining areas, kitchen table for 4 and dining area table for 8.

The back deck has a lovely view of the Ozark Mountains and a glimpse of Lake Taneycomo. This is our favorite place for coffee in the morning before the afternoon heat sets in. We love to watch the many water fowl and eagles that liven up the view, too.

In the 3 bathrooms, towels, hand soap and bath soap are provided. HVAC was updated in 2024. Our condo has everything you need for a memorable vacation.

For condo security, we have a camera outside the condo front door. Our maximum guests are 8.
