Beautifully landscaped Pointe Royale golf resort in Branson. Read detailed description of condo layout below. Our 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms condo is owned and managed by us. If you have a Question, call us directly. Our numbers are listed in the condo and in your booking information.

Many 3 or more bedroom properties in Branson, have the condo entrance on second floor of building. Just upstairs from parking lot. Inside the condo, the main floor has living room, dining area, kitchren, laundry closet, master bedroom with master bathroom, plus the arch window bedroom and the main bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs (the 2nd floor of condo, 3rd floor of the building) are 2 bedrooms, a den and a full bathroom. To find accessible properties, see filters on VRBO search filters.

The condo is comfortably updated. Also, our great location is just a short walk to Lake Taneycomo, BBQ/Picnic and playground area and the private Pointe Royale trailhead. Located 10 minutes to Table Rock Lake and 17 minutes to Silver Dollar City. The Pointe is well away from the heavy traffic but close to everything Branson.

At the condo, you are a short walk or drive to the Clubhouse, where you can eat breakfast or lunch, access the indoor or outdoors pools, the hot tub, or work out in the workout facilities. A summer time the Tiki Bar is open in the pools area. Spend the day at the pools! Our major problem is trying to get the grandchildren out of the pools.

The condo has a washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Handy if you spend the days at the pools. We supply laundry soap. Enjoy your favorite shows on the cable TVs. Stay connected with the free Hi-speed internet. Work from here if you must.

The kitchen has just about everything you need, from the range, refrigerator, dishwasher and many pans, glass cookware to many dishes and utensils. There are 2 dining areas, kitchen table for 4 and dining area table for 8.

The back deck has a lovely view of the Ozark Mountains and a glimpse of Lake Taneycomo. This is our favorite place for coffee in the morning before the afternoon heat sets in. We love to watch the many water fowl that liven up the view, too.

In the 3 bathrooms, towels, hand soap and bath soap are provided. HVAC was updated in 2024. Our condo has everything you need for a memorable vacation.

For condo security, we have a camera outside the condo front door.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. A private bathroom with a shower/tub combination features a jetted bathtub and a hair dryer.

This was by far the best organized, best equipped, VRBO rental we have done. Check-in was well defined and easy to follow. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and utensils beyond all expectations. The unit is is large and very roomy. Probably coming back here next year!

Best VRBO we have ever stayed in!

This was literally the nicest, cleanest, well stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in. We traveled with 3 adults, 1 teen and 1 preteen and the spacious of the property was amazing. I was extremely surprised by the supplies in the kitchen and extra towels left. I was worried about how cool the upstairs would be since we stayed in July and I like to sleep cold, but it wasn’t too warm at all (and we did follow the thermostat instructions). So many times the pictures make a place look amazing and then you get there and it’s nothing like what you thought it was going to be… well not this place! It was better than I could have hoped. The owners of the property are super nice and helpful. So friendly. Shared info about events happening around the property and everything. Even extremely helpful when we had to cut our stay short to due to another obligation that came up. I highly recommend this property and will always look to see if it is available when visiting Branson in the future.

This was a very good place to stay. It did have steep stairs but for the young one it worked out great. Bedrooms were a little bright a night but very comfortable. property owner was very nice and helpful.

Praisefest

There were 4 couples that stayed and it was very accommodating. We attended a local southern gospel praisefest at the mansion theater. Took 20 minutes or more (depending on traffic) to get there. Catherine was very communicative as we had questions and some minor things to which she responded to in excellent fashion.We would stay again.

Wonderful Stay

Everything was very clean. Plenty of room for 8 of us. Beds were comfortable. Convient to everything. Owner was easy to get a hold of very accomodating, helpful and pleasant to talk with. Plenty of cooking utinsils and dishes to prepare meals for all of us . Enough furniture for us to visit and connect, also play board games at tables. We were a family of 3 couples and 2 children. Everyone enjoyed the stay. I would recommend this rental.

Memorial Weekend get away

The property was just as described in the VRBO listing. The owners were very easy to get in touch with and very accommodating when we needed to change our date. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. It is an easy walk to the lake for fishing and an easy drive into Branson sites and activities. If I had one complaint, it is that there isn’t a pantry or enough cabinets for putting food away but we made it all work. We have 7 adults in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone. We will stay again.

Cozy beautiful view

Our state was very lovely and cozy. The view was beautiful and the location was perfect for getting to anywhere that we wanted to go within a reasonable distance. The resort had great amenities with the pool and the tennis courts. The condo was set up great for a family where everybody could have their own room and still come together in a nice family area with a beautiful view. We ran into a couple little unexpected issues that happen for every homeowner, but the owners were fantastic and took care of it immediately. I would 100% stay there again. The condo owners were very attentive and provided quick resolution and the house was beautiful.

Best Time!

To have a 4 bedroom condo, with three having king beds was awesome. Location was excellent which included a very short walk to Taney Como. Grandson caught his first Trout. Coordinating with the hosts were very easy. Kitchen was very well equipped. Would stay there again. Thank you.
