great getaway relax an recharge

went here for a personal getaway i had a wonderful experience the room was super cozy an amazing, my check in was late so they upgraded me at no cost. the breakfast was superb with lots of choices one day was buffet style an the next i was waited on at the table by pleasant servers

The location is perfect due to its central location to where I had to go in Brantford while I was there. My only complaint was how loud the heater was in my room.

There was a lot of teams booked in (which we were fine with) so I asked for a quiet room. I was told that because I booked with Expedia our room could not be moved. I confirmed with the agent at the desk that we were being punished for booking with Expedia. So there were rooms to potentially be moved to but they wouldn’t. Also the pool which was very busy was cloudy and the hot tub had a foamy scum on the top……disgusting. When checking out, I was asked how our stay was, I said not great. And instead of asking why, they just said “ sorry to hear that “……. Not impressed!!

The room was spacious and the location was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very small and the water pressure in the shower poor.

The front staff was very nice and the room was quite comfy for the price. My car was stolen from the parking lot overnight, which sucks. But there's cameras and management was helpful, so they made that situation a little better.
