Rude employee ruined an otherwise nice stay

Leaving on Sunday morning, there was a staff member arguing with a customer at the main entrance about where she parked. I said excuse me as the two of them were blocking the front door to leave. The employee then got angry with me and said I was being rude for asking. Unreal.

I only gave a Good rating because of the parking. $25 for parking is ridiculous. To pay that on top of the $137 hold for incidental is just too much. I would have given a rating as Excellent but the extra I had to spend was extremely disappointing.

The bathrooms were not clean and the home kept falling out the hook and they didn’t change my sheets they just remade the bed and how I knew was the night before I had wings and the sauce dripped in the sheet and when I came back it was there use to be my go to hotel but not anymore not to mention the was doesn’t drain well in the tub so your bathing g in dirty water it was a horrible experience
