The bedroom was dirty, clearly hadn’t been cleaned, used tissues on the floor, mints on the door and on the skirting board, a little disappointing after a long day training

Lovely stay, wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable even if a little dated, would 100% stay again.

Stayed a few times a d this was as good as always. Will return when I’m next in the area.

Had a great view. The breakfast was decent as well.

My room was clean and comfortable. Air con not working which shouldnt be an issue this time of year as having an open window would be fine. However, this is an issue due to the 10000 decibel music with a baseline that goes through you - from outside - for hours. Usually id be a "cant beat em, join them" type but i was a lone female who found the groups of young men congregating and smoking, intimidating. Fellow guests were also inconsiderate - constant door banging. Thankfully i was only here for a (very looong sleepless) night to catch an early flight. Security and reception both very friendly and helpful. Never again - hotel is ok, area - not so much.
