The property is located strategically at the busiest part of town. The only down side of the property is the shower area is see through. It should be covered by a thicker curtain instead.

A fantastic place to stay!

I would stay there again in a heartbeat! The location was perfect. Close enough to all of the sights but not in the "center" so it was nice and quiet at the end of the night. We stayed there for an anniversary and the team did a great job setting up flowers and cava in the room for when we arrived. It had an all modern vibe which was nice and super close to the train station for an easy arrival and departure. I would stay again and again

The receptionist was extremely helpful. We had a hard time finding how to get to the parking garage thru the streets of Brugge which made is almost late for a scheduled tour. She was very helpful in trying to help me contact the tour agency and very good with giving us directions. A more detailed description on how to access the parking (underground) should be added to the hotel website.

Wonderful boutique type hotel, very friendly helpful staff. Parking garage underground with elevator is just a few steps away. Everything is walkable from this hotel. It was perfect. If you're wondering about the modern glass open type bathroom, the toilet is in a seperate area with a door. There is a thin sheer curtain but not a door. We opened the storage door near one twin bed and it obscured the view. It worked fine for us. Just sat on the other side of the halfwall with the tv to provide privacy for the person showering. Location cant be beat. Views were great too. Book it, you'll be happy with the decision! Highly recommend.

The property was located on a large square with lots of bars and restaurants. The parking was a large underground car park at the square and was very convenient to the Hotel. The hotel is located near all tourist attractions and is a lovely place to stay. The family room was very spacious, with a huge bath tub. We enjoyed a lovely stay here and would definitely choose this hotel again.

Room was nice, modern, clean. Bathroom with sheer curtain is odd as others can see you in shower. The hair dryer has caked on dust and grime which was not pleasant. Other good stay.

Short city break

It was our forth stay at Portinari but our first since Covid and it was good to find that same relaxed atmosphere and helpful staff It’s great location makes it perfect to enjoy everything beautiful Bruges has to offer Thanks for another fantastic experience

We had a brilliant stay from the 6th to 8th of December, it’s a great hotel conveniently a 15 minute walk from the station in one direction and the Christmas markets in another! The rooms have great views of the three towers of Bruges which look great in the evenings! The rooms were very clean and a great quality, immaculate bathroom! Breakfast was continental very clean eating area and lovely food! Overall we had a fantastic time and would use the same hotel again if we came back!
