It was great overall! However, I did encounter a front desk clerk who was not friendly. I had forgotten my motel tax exempt form but the clerk who checked me in told me that I could email it to him and he would print it out. When I got to the front desk to check out and get my receipt she was borderline rude about the tax exempt form. She told me the computers were down. I asked her to email me the receipt to which she replied again how inconvenient it was to put in the form. I still have not received my receipt.

Check in was easy, easy parking, lots of space in room and beds very comfy. Great breakfast. Only complaint would be that some guest were allowed to stay by pool late into the night past set hours and they made lots of noise. Also rooms need some much needed updates like new curtains, doors, tubs, etc.

The room was comfortable but noisy we were on the 4th floor and probably under the AC units. We stayed 3 nights...trashcans were never emptied and had to call for fresh towels which they promptly delivered. The breakfast was not as good as I had remembered.

1 wash cloth per person, 1 hand towel, 1 bath towel? Not sufficient. Poor bathroom design. Hand soap pump affixed to wall away from sink. Better have long arms. Nothing gluten free available for breakfast. Mediocre breakfast.
