Room was NOT cleaned. Linen was torn and or stained. Sheets were stained. Bathroom was rusted. Smelt like urine and animal walking into the hallway. Just an overall horrible experience. Beds were not comfortable but booked online and didn’t want to lose money. I had a few friends as it was a girls trip and their room was worse than mine
This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. The bed had a stained spread on it and had two pillows on a queen size bed. It was thin and hard as were the pillows. It was like laying a blanket on the concrete floor to sleep with a folded jacket under your head. The floors seem to have been mopped with a dirty mop as my socks were black by the end of the night. There was a dirty washcloth hanging over the shower curtain. There were hairs in the shower, sink, and even on the night stand between the beds.
Bring your own cleaning supplies, linens and towe!
Our stay was only a one night stopover to rest while traveling. We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly. In anticipation of unclean accommodations I always travel with cleaning supplies and my own bedding and towels. I had to use them at this place. The surfaces I wiped down were filthy and the towels and sheets were so stained it was shocking to me. There was even a used toothbrush left in the bathroom. Our tv remote was broken so I had to return to the front desk to get a replacement. The woman working the front desk was very friendly and apologetic. I don’t think I would stay there again.

Good stay
Its okay for just spending the night. The rooms were clean and the hotel is in walking distance to a couple of places to eat
My experience was great. This is not a luxury hotel, so make sure you have set your expectations appropriately. The staff are very friendly and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are clean, but dated. I have 4 stars instead of 5 only because we had a weird smell in our bathroom (I think it's because there may need to be some updates, not because it wasn't cleaned) and there's not much room to put anything in the shower, you have to put everything on the floor. I would definitely stay here again.
The location was convient for exploring the islands each day and there were many food options.
I felt safe and there's plenty of parking.

We arrived exhausted around 2am & that’s the only reason we stayed. It was filthy. Blood?? stains. On floor, on bedspread, & even on sheet when I removed the spread. One towel looked white, the others were grayish & stained.
Only coffee offered the next morning & the stirrer’s were laying out on a dirty counter. The hotel is not fit for any humans to stay in.
Bathroom door would not close - only willing to move us because we hadn’t used the beds; if Inhadnt been so tired would have left; rooms run down and in poor condition; only 2 pillows on each bed; I only stay at properties with interior corridors and a central lobby do safety - did NOT have a central lobby as indicated
