Very friendly staff, especially Estelle. Clean, comfortable and centrally located. Only issue was the tiny bathroom. It was pretty cramped for a full-figured person. Shower was fine.

Good location close to the centre. Friendly staff at the reception desk. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Nice touch with the Manneken Pis boys but I'm not sure what the food safety inspectors would have to say about their appearing to urinate over the cold cuts! Our room was comfortable and clean. It was just somewhere to sleep but might have been a bit cramped if we'd wanted to spend more time thete.

Excellent stay in Brussels. The front desk team was great and recommended a few areas to check out during our one day in Brussels. The room itself was small but that wasn’t too big of a deal with only the one night stay. Clean hotel and room. Fantastic location, walkable to all areas of interest.
