Clean and nice room. I think I got there on a Friday or Saturday night and the music you can definitely hear it loudly from some bar/club that was beside. Great location. Right in the heart of it all. Helpful tip to get here: there is a way to get there without going through all that cobble stone. Just take the longer route around the cobble stone area. Thank me later. Plenty of food options within walking distance. Large dining area for breakfast. I feel like it was good variety of food options as well. I would stay here again.

The room was on the smaller side, but all the essentials were there, except for a small fridge. The room was clean and looked like the property was well maintained and clean. Close to the centre and all shops and food in walking distance.

We didn't eat at the hotel. Lots of restaurants and attractions within easy walking distance. Only downside was bed. Pad on top kept sliding off to one side and bathroom was small but snacks for sale in the lobby was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Close to dining, and shops. Easily walkable. Very nice buffet breakfast for 14 Euro per person. Modern facility and rooms. Room and bathroom were very nice and clean. Comfortable bed. I would recommend this hotel.

Location is brilliant. Right near metro, near square and main restaurant and shopping area. Hotel was ok. Room was ok. No view at all from window. Basic but good enough for short stay for me. Some bed linen was ripped. Room was clean but bumped and bruised. Shower was ok. Overall a decent option but if paying the €250 plus signposted on the reception I would have been unhappy.

We liked everything about this hotel. Especially the breakfast. But. Advertising a bar. That never opened except the Thursday night makes me knock it down. We were then told you can use the Novotel across the way. We have an agreement with them. I don’t want to use them. As a big hotel chain I think this is bad you don’t open the bar. I know you have a fridge unit with drinks in it you can buy. No. I wanted a draught beer. Which we got on the Thursday. If as a hotel chain you can afford to lose money. That’s fine.

Excellent location in center of Brussels. A clean and comfortable room with air conditioning. The neighbourhood was quiet so no disturbing noises to interfere with a good night's sleep. We were given a kettle when we requested one. The room was small and a bit cramped. We had 2 twin beds. Beds were comfortable, but were quite narrow. The paint on the bathroom door was heavily chipped. The chipped paint on the door was a bit unsightly, so it diminished the coziness and restfulness of the room. We mentioned the chipped paint to the manager.
