All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast menu is average though. We didn’t have time to use the free facilities like spa etc as the hotel is conveniently located in a safe neighbourhood. We are always out exploring. Many nice restaurants close by and walkable to some landmarks like Recoleta Cementry and shopping districts. Highly recommend this hotel for value minded travellers.

The staff was mostly very friendly and helpful with one exception. The room was nice and large, but lacked the amenities one would expect. I was not impressed with the surrounding area. But, it was a short walk to the cemetery and also to Santa Fe Avenue, which was very nice.

I am very allergic to air-fresheners and fragrances. I asked for no fragrance cleaning every day. Staff was very attentive and friendly BUT and there was a hint of fragrance (or more) in my room at all times. When I opened my luggage, it came back with the hotel's fragrance. Nice hotel and location but don't stay there if you are allergic to fragrances and fresheners.

Wonderful hotel!

The room was clean, large, and fairly quiet. The bathroom was lovely. Breakfast was exceptional. The hot tub and gym are less impressive, but overall this is a great place to stay.
