I expected far better from this hotel, but unfortunately, the state of the rooms was unacceptable. The first room we were shown had missing lampshades, visible water damage, and wallpaper peeling from the walls. Hoping it was a one-off issue, we requested to see other rooms, but sadly, all three were in similarly poor condition. This hotel clearly needs a significant refresh before continuing operations. It's a shame because the potential for a pleasant stay is there, but until updates are made, I wouldn't recommend it.

It’s okay. I’d stay there again. Our stay was in January and there was a blizzard. So it wasn’t walkable and not the type of conditions to check the outside around the hotel. The restaurant on the property was outstanding.

Very clean and great employees. The hotel is a little run down but it meets all the important criteria for a hotel. Clean, comfortable bed, good service, good proximity to Fredonia College.

I stay here every time I am taking my daughter to college or bringing her home. The property is just beautiful & has access to a beautiful walking path along Lake Erie. The staff is always super polite & helpful. Plenty of dining/shopping options nearby. SUNY Fredonia is an easy short drive up Central Ave.

Nice it's by the lake. Other than that it is seriously run down. Bath was stuck on shower. Walls was coming apart in room. Elevator was atrocious. Weird smells.
