More room service options would be great (sandwitches). Bathrobes availability, pool water temeprature should be higher than what it was set for 87F. My kids were freezing.

Our stay was great! We upgraded our room from a city view to the falls view and it was well worth it! Our three kids loved the view of the falls from our room! Hotel was clean and staff were courteous. Great experience and would stay here again.

For the price of the room, the bathroom was tiny. Two adults could not be there at the same time.

Best situated to view the falls. The breakfast buffet was average. STX steakhouse way overpriced, and if you sit by the window to view the falls, bring a parka. Very friendly and courteous staff Unfortunately

Rooms were clean. Bell services were great. Buffet breakfast was basic (no fresh fruit). Pool was nice. Beds were way too soft and felt like a pad of cotton balls.

The room was outstanding and the view was absolutely magnificent! We had a whole view of Niagara Falls! Just beautiful. The only thing I could say negative is the buffet breakfast was cold. The reception and snacks in the evening was great too
