What I liked-guest services were very organized, courteous and helpful and all were upbeat with great attitudes. Off site parking was most affordable parking option which was fine because they had 24 hour shuttle service to the lot which was very convenient. What I didn’t like-

Over priced!

Bed was comfy and room was very clean. However i had booked a "falls view" room thru Hotels.com...upon arrival i was offered a falls view room which he said was better than the one i originally booked. Since it was my anniversary trip...i took the upgrade. I would have been better off to have booked the room directly with Hilton! Next time i will book direct with the hotel. The hotel did have a steakhouse and a TGI Fridays. We ate at Zappi's italian around the corner and it was good. Quality and price. The second day we ventured out to Niagara on the Lake.. much better food options and a beautiful quaint little town. Next time we will stay there instead. Everything at the falls area was crowded. Tours were herds of people! Overwhelmed with crowds.
