Ive never met someone as rude as the woman at the front desk. Not only could i not check in early, my room still wasnt ready over an hour late. The hotel loomed disgusting and i canceled my room and did not stay

Property was run down. Paint is peeling on the outside of the building. Inside the building smelled musky and of marijuana. Staff were unprofessional. They told me upon arrival that my reservation, that I had booked with a discount, had been cancelled. Then told me I could rent a room at full price. I had just travelled in from another country. Spoke with someone who was in management and upon investigating confirmed my reservation was not cancelled. I made other arrangements at another motel which was clean, did not smell, and had staff who were both friendly and helpful. I would recommend not wasting your time or money with this establishment.

This hotel has gone down hill. We would be at it was a more anfford hotel and was clean. Last two times we have stayed the hotel isn’t very clean beds are dirty and bathrooms. We will not longer be booking here.

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CONDEMNED. Paint peeling off the outside of building, in the hallways The ceiling was falling through, the air conditioner had black mold in it, there were dead bugs smashed on the walls, the air vent in the bathroom was covered in mold, the door lock didn’t work, Stains on the sheets, & the worst smelling hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I canceled the second night instantly and I only stayed the first night because nothing else was available in the area. I didn’t even bring my luggage up. I was so scared of everything getting bedbugs. So I laid on top of the covers until it felt so itchy that I just had to leave & finish sleeping in my car. I know when I pick budget hotels what I’m expecting, but this place literally felt like it was abandoned. It was absolutely disgusting. Please I don’t care what the cost is… stay somewhere else!! You will regret coming here. Look at the photos I posted. It really is THAT disgusting.

I had extremely bad experience in this hotel. The room conditions were pathetic. There was a soggy smell in this room. There were spider web in the room. Bathroom exhaust has so much dust on it. Toilet flush was broken. Receptionist said all the room were in same condition. I had such a bad experience I feel like asking for a refund. Expedia must remove this hotel from their list.

Never again

First room had a broken air conditioner and the tv didn’t work, had a very hard time switching rooms. On top of that they required a deposit of $60 for a dirty cigarette smelling room. It was super hot and small and the wall paper was falling off the walls and the building look like it shouldn’t be standing.
