The parking in this hotel is incredibly handy, with more than enough handicap spaces. The room was clean and the staff were helpful.

It was okay. The room was clean. The mattresses were not comfortable. The chlorine in the pool area is very strong, like very strong - all of our eyes hurt. Not trying to be super negative, just honest. Didn’t really live up to expectations.

Room was kind of gross, I walked in and the windows were open and they were very hard to close. There were several spiders right on the window sill that had gotten in from the open window. Once I took care of those and closed the windows I realized that despite booking a non smoking room, the room reeked of smoke. Going into the bathroom there not only did it smell like smoke but also urine. They did not properly restock either there was no soap in the bathroom. The surfaces looked like they hadn’t been wiped down either as there were “crumbs” and dust all over.

Staff was absolutely awesome!!! I made the reservation, then realized I would be extremely late. I called to let them know and they accomodated me so well checked me in prior to midnight then confirmed my ID when I arrived just before 3 A.M., in fact made me feel so welcome it was a breath of fresh air when compared to other hotels that have stated they can't even let me stay when I check in after midnight! Room was excellent...not sure if it was intentional but lights were on when I opened up my room which made it feel welcoming as well and the room was nicely updated, breakfast was pretty good included hot food all of which was great! Security guard was awesome!!!

Breakfast wasn't anything special. Very small selection. Our room was clean, but the bed was very uncomfortable. The sheets were rough and scratchy and the comforter was extremely lumpy. The TV was terrible to operate. The lady at the front desk seemed confused and her English was almost impossible to understand.
