I thought the bed was comfy and the room was a decent size. I did not like that there was mold on the shower head and ceiling of the bathroom. The bathtub faucet leaked as well.

Urgent Safety Concern Involving a staff member came to my hotel room without my request or permission. They initially offered me a free night’s stay, which I declined. Following this, the individual made an inappropriate and unwanted sexual proposition. This was deeply disturbing, completely unprofessional, and made me feel unsafe.

A Huge Disappointment

We were so disappointed in almost everything. I have stayed at LaQuinta Inns often and have always had a positive experience. But not this time! The elevator was in horrible condition. We made a reservation for 4 people and were given only 2 towels of each size. The sofa and sofa sleeper were HORRIBLE. When I asked for 1 more pillow, I was told they had no more. I could go on but won't. This left a bad taste in my mouth of LaQuinta Inns.

Traveling Thru Minneapolis

Older remodel that's pretty beat up. Needs a refresh. Grounds are very basic with need for landscaping. Check in was quick. Lobby is dated but OK, needs a good cleaning. Elevator is in desperate cleaning and rehabing. Small single elevator for four floors is over worked. Room was well equipped and clean. Good TV. Breakfast was underwhelming.

We only stayed overnight in the hotel (with a late check in). The room was clean but it felt humid. We tried to put on the air conditioning to fix this but it never went away. The elevator looked like it was really old and needed upkeep. However, the staff was kind. The breakfast was decent. There was nothing crazy that would make me give them a super negative review

Solid stay

Food was pretty good for hotel food. My bed had an issue where I couldn’t sleep on one side, but it wasn’t too difficult to sleep on the other side of the bed. Staff was very friendly. Overall, a good value and close to everything we wanted to do.
