Easy and friendly check in and check out. The hallway on the floor we were on smelled a bit damp, but the room didn’t. The room was clean, and the beds comfortable. Bathroom quite small given there were 4 of us - probably not the best room for 4 people. Breakfast was excellent; options to cover everyone, very attentive staff and good food. The kids enjoyed the rooftop pool and the complimentary pool towels was helpful. Great spot to enjoy some sun and downtime. Location was super handy and we would definitely stay again.

Very convenient to both international and domestic airports. Very quiet and great food.

After hour service sucks. Room had old musty smell. Towels only one small. soap in bathroom was just handwash soap. No elevator to the room at level 2 from first floor. Carrying luggage difficult. It took me, coming from USA, to seek strangers to call for after hour service. They dont pick up phone, puts you on hold. Really bad experience.

Well located, central to CBD. Indoor pool, sauna and steam a definite plus.

Room was small and had brown water leaking from shower. Shifted to great room for next two nights. Lady we dealt with was so great sorting it out.
