It was alright, the room was clean. They had two elevators, one of which the 4th floor button did not work. We stayed on the 4th floor making it a challenge.

Quiet and comfortable. Breakfast selection was decent. The evening “restaurant” idea needs to be developed at little more. Staff are friendly. We have stayed here a few times now and will likely stay again on our next trip to Okotoks.

I was billed for both my 2 night booking and the cancelled 1 night booking, plus a later unknown reason billing for $200.00. The Hotel blamed Expedia, but both the $204.50 billing for the canceled booking but at check in another $200.00 was billed showing on my Visa bill as from the hotel. I also was billed by Expedia for $408.26. The hotel claimed that the Hotel listed billings were actually Expedia and not their problem.

The staff at check in made us pay even after presenting proud of payment. Then when we got to our room he put us in the wrong room type. The Expedia staff were great helping us sort this out and get us a refund.
