When we got up to our room, we had an issue with the electrical outlets in the room not working. Amazon quick call down to the front desk had them check a breaker and fixed right away

The pool area was UNBEARABLY WAY TOO HOT! We booked room for 4 people…only 2 towels, took hours to get more, AND they were TINY “bath towels.” No extras in room: bar of soap, cleaning cloths, etc. front staff guy was impatient, rude, condescending, AND A LIAR—lied to my face! NEVER AGAIN HOLIDAY INN!

Room was large and comfortable. Hotel was very quiet despite being full. Convenient to the airport. Quite isolated from anywhere to walk to. It was frustrating that you can’t order off the menu for breakfast on the weekend - not everyone wants a big breakfast buffet.

Blood, boogers and faulty AC

First checked into 319. Blood, some type of liquid stain and also a literal booger on a pillow. I took pics and showed front desk and requested a new room. 419 - 24 degrees inside, AC not working. Front desk called, they send up the shuttle guy. He mucks around for 10 mins, clearly can’t fix it because he is THE SHUTTLE GUY. I try to leave the hotel with my family but the front desk girl was insistent and she came up to the room and FaceTimed the maintenance guy who was off shift. Together they got it going. She is an asset to your team. However, the room took forever to cool down as it was hot outside. We had been travelling for 4 hours with a toddler and were all tired. We left for a few hours so that it could cool down. We went to sleep and the AC when it kicked on was incredibly loud. So loud! We all woke up multiple times throughout the night including our light sleeping toddler. It was truly an awful stay and I don’t think we will be back

Overall it was a good stay.. our blind didnt go down fully and the lights from the nearby buildings were so bright. Staff were friendly and the pool was fun! Kids ate free in the Burger restaurant which was a great surprise.
