We waiting one full hour for a shuttle and called on several occasions for a pick up as had been promised. Others at the airport were waiting for the same shuttle and also had called the front desk and been told they would be picked up. The pu taxi guy said he had been waiting for 2 hours at the airport and had not been called. When we reported it to the manager, it went unnoticed and he was very rude. As if WE were the problem! Very disappointing and unreal how customer satisfaction was not his priority. We mentioned it to another manager and it also went unnoticed!

We’ve stayed here numerous times. They were able to accommodate an early check in we requested a week before check in date which was nice. It would be appreciated if the staff at the front desk would assist guests in the order they line up! As opposed to allowing people to push their way to the front of the line and assist them while others are waiting.
