Front area (inside) is being renovated, so there was dust everywhere, my kids picked up screws, my husband kicked broken tile away from a main walking area. But other than that, it’s a very nice hotel and I’m sure normally not dusty!

Never again!

The only thing I want to comment on is the decision management made when we asked for a refund. Our girl came down with a cold so decided to head back home to Saskatchewan. We paid for 4 nights in advance, left after 3 nights. I sent an email to the manager explaining why we left. Our security deposit was returned but the room pre-paid rental amount was not. Never again! The only reason why I gave 3s and 4s was because of the support staff. Good workers doing a good job.

The room they initially provided us was ice cold, no heat. The initial offer was an extra blanket then the statement what do you want me to do. We ahould have been provided a new room without us asking or telling them we are looking at leaving their establishment.
