Had exceptional front desk service and service in the lounge. Welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Room service was professional and energetic. Clean and comfy room.
The spa was disappointing. We had massages booked for over 2 weeks and were not told the direct billing set up for our responsibility. This should have been a email that was sent to us that we didn’t receive via inbox or junk mail. This is the first time I have encountered this not being offered to be processes at the spa desk. The pool was also out of commission. We do not live in the city and it was a treat to have our stay. The service at the front desk was less than supportive with any options or even trying to assist with our billing. I was very disappointed in their lack of solutions for our massage billing and pool reason.
