Had exceptional front desk service and service in the lounge. Welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Room service was professional and energetic. Clean and comfy room. The spa was disappointing. We had massages booked for over 2 weeks and were not told the direct billing set up for our responsibility. This should have been a email that was sent to us that we didn’t receive via inbox or junk mail. This is the first time I have encountered this not being offered to be processes at the spa desk. The pool was also out of commission. We do not live in the city and it was a treat to have our stay. The service at the front desk was less than supportive with any options or even trying to assist with our billing. I was very disappointed in their lack of solutions for our massage billing and pool reason.

Mixed feelings.

I recently stayed at this property and found it clean and well-maintained. However, there were a few odd occurrences. The valet placed another guest's bag in my car without asking to bring it to the front for the the guest. It was a big bulky bag and he just put it in my front seat.The restaurant had fantastic live music, but service varied—the first night’s waiter was very slow, while the second night’s service was excellent. The spa, though small, was clean, and the therapist was wonderful. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights.
