"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The moment I walked in, I was struck by the beautiful decor - elegant, modern, and impeccably maintained. But what really made my stay stand out was the exceptional service from the friendly and attentive staff. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful recommendations and assistance throughout my stay, everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly and eager to please. And then, of course, there was the food! The hotel's restaurant served up some of the best meals I've had in a long time, with a great selection of dishes to suit every taste. The quality of the ingredients was top-notch, and the presentation was impressive. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free stay. The combination of great food, friendly staff, and lovely decor makes it a true gem. I'll definitely be back!" 5/5 stars.

Nice stay in Cali

I stayed here with a friend for three nights. Perfectly located and a 5 minute walk to the river. We booked a superior room but ended up with a standard twin room as we had two large beds. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were friendly. The room was spacious. I would stay here again.

There was a slight gas smell in our room, which they said was caused by the water heater. I started feeling unwell, so they moved us to a nicer room. During checkout, I requested a refund for the two nights, and they agreed, but we haven’t received it yet. They also offered free breakfast, but we weren’t informed in time, so we missed it—poor communication on their part. On the bright side, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel before this is the reason why I chose it. They gave me a room with no windows I called the reception to req another room as I get claustrophobic, front desk clerk made me go downstairs with my luggage to pick up the key and said I should tell them that I get claustrophobic, which I responded : how can I know you have rooms with no windows. The shower had long black hair (not mine, I am blond). The light in the closet did not work, I reported it but they did not fix it

Great location and staff was very helpful but the shower leaked water to the outside so the bathroom was kind of a mess. Another area of improvement could be putting power outlets near the desk so I can connect my laptop.
