Hotel is apparently remodeling. Fridge in didn't work ave thermostat not working. Only air was from open window. Luckily not very humid but still not opptimal. Breakfast was provided and staff were good.

The place does not look loke the photos. Its like a half complete reno or A hotel flip. Outdated but new or taken from other hotels gently used, parts (sinks, beds, lamps, etc), new doors(poorly installed hence the unsafe review) and paint, but yellowed popcorn ceilings, which is ok for the price, however not as pictured. Hallways sloppily updated and not cleaned daily. Someone on the floor seemed to be partying with too many people in 1 room and were loud and running through the halls from 11pm to 4am. Staff was professional and efficient. Thats my only compliment. The staff. You get what you pay for I guess.

They did charge me double and manger stated he will return back then double charge, but refused to complete to transfer the double charge back to my account. This marchent made it look like legal transaction by running two separate charges back and forth on authorized card which it was provided at the time of checking in. The room does not have air conditioning. I did choice non smoking area; however, l was still able to smile cigarette time to time. Overall, my stay was not bad; except, fraudulent charges which made the entire stay bad. I will never going to stay in this hotel and hope people will consider other nice places.

Had to change my room three times. Ceiling in the bathroom was leaking, smell of weed all in the hallways and elevator. Paid in full before I arrived, they still charged my card ( that I had to put down for incidentals they never told me what the amount was gonna be) for the stay so I paid twice. Took several days to get my money back.

I want to make sure I say & start with: the staffing here is 100% valid & top-tier in every way, shape & form. I’d even say they are too advanced for this hotel but I see the vision & they will be your FOUNDATION for sure! Keep them around. As for the hotel itself, not ready but almost there. 3 day stay & have been switched into 3 different rooms. Room 1, no HVAC system whatsoever & I’m staying with my lady who’s 8-months pregnant. 😐 Room 2: toilet stops working which is fine, we leave for the day & came back to NO ELECTRICITY. Room 3: everything was good until maintenance walks in, then housekeeping, unannounced because we’re undocumented to this room. Like I said though, I see the vision. Better coordination & documentation of room occupancy & conditions across staffing, you got yourself a good thing. Kristy, I appreciate you. I’ll be back in a few weeks for a part 2. I’d say its worth it.

Initial room: portable AC unit vent kept unlatching from unit, made room as hot as 84 degrees. All lights expect one floor lamp worked. Staff were decent and gave us a new room. New room: Found a Wellbutrin Antidepressant pill in my toddler's bed, that my toddler found. Mold in the room's fridge. Water did not drain in the shower and almost overflowed in bathroom. Also to note, the water had an unpleasant odor. Old vomit stain on elevator floor. There was breakfast offered in morning, but yogurt had expired and still being served. * I do have picture proof of it all.
