Arrived around 10 pm , restaurant closed no room service no advice on how to get food around the hotel,room had towels , phone to call reception not working arrived in the morning for breakfast, all available tables are dirty, staff ignored us when trying to get a table, finally a table was cleaned, the only eggs available has ham , ordered eggs with no ham got charged extra
Generally was aweful. Dinner is the worst ever, pizza is instant pizza and served not hot, water costs money, staff is not friendly and nothing is good. Complimentary breakfast is cold also. Can’t be worse
Overall, it was okay because they do provide transportation to and from the airport. There is also a pool and an outlet across the street for you to walk to if you get hungry or would like to shop. On the contrary, the hotel has no small rags to shower with. There is also no microwave and the breakfast is not equivalent to what you would get in the United States. Lastly, for dinner they charge you to eat. The price of the hotel does not reflect the amenities and service you get.
Perfect...everything went good..there were some.problems in check in but manager Laura is very good in handling and resolving challenges during our stay...she is so professional and hard working...
I had a very disappointing experience with the shuttle service. I called 24 hours ahead to confirm my booking and was told it was confirmed. Upon arrival, I asked the front desk to reconfirm, but after waiting 30 minutes—and then over an hour—no shuttle arrived. During this time, calls to the hotel were either not answered or abruptly hung up after they had already “confirmed” the shuttle. After nearly two hours, I had to arrange my own transportation.
The front desk showed little concern or effort to help. While the room, food, and cleanliness were fine, the service did not meet Marriott standards. If you want a convenient trip, I recommend staying at a better hotel or in a different area.
