This was the 1st trip to Mexico with kids and this resort does a great job to include activities for the whole family. The kids enjoyed the kids program offered throughout the day and had plenty of space in a full resort to enjoy one of the many pools, restaurants and beach. We would be happy to return for a second trip

One of the best resorts we've been to! Very family friendly, the ice cream shop was a winner with the kids! High quality activities and shows. Good food, restaurants were great (with the exception of the italian restaurant, which was merely average). Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Housekeepers were amazing! Pools were huge and never felt crowded. Beach was definitely the nicest one we've seen with no seaweed. Will go again for sure! Room 923/924 was dated with some obvious wear and tear (especially the mirrors) but, we didn't care too much. Otherwise, very clean room with quality soft linens and towels.
