From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Every staff member greeted us with genuine warmth and made us feel completely at home. As always Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach goes above and beyond. I tried the Infinite option for this stay. It grants access to the "Club" floor (basically a several room club house with gorgeous views and a private bar with alcohol selections not available to other guests or at other bars (but trust me, the regular bars here are EXEMPLARY and this is just icing on the cake). Private check-in makes you feel special, and the black wristband gives you access to select areas that are adult only. It's similar to the roped off section at a club. You get the same experience, just with a bit of 'Airs'. I enjoyed it, and it's very nice, but personally I don't think there is a lot of value in the premium price tag, as the resort is already glamorous. But if you want to get an even better experience try the Infinite option. The staff at this resort are all absolutely Amazing! Allan, Fernando, Alberto, Alicia, Ivan, Luis, Dominco, Wilberto, Abigail, to name just a few. Housekeeping is top notch with turndown service. Couldn't ask for better views of the Gulf of Mexico and its Jewel-Like azure waters. The spa is a treasure and the waverunner was a ton of fun. Definitely recommend this resort, it's worth a few extra dollars for the best. And, for a little bit more, splurge on the Infinite option.
