The staff was excellent and willing to go above and beyond to meet our requests. The daily activities planned by the resort were enjoyable for all ages. The resort was clean and staff was always friendly. Our only complaint was that it was difficult to make reservations at the restaurants located on the resort.

Friendly staff, entertainment was nice. Delay in getting my luggage delivered to my room. Drinks were good! Hard to get a reservation for restaurants as they were full. A lot of steps down to the beach.Enjoyed the coffee shop, although a long line sometimes.Loved the bracelets for room entry, very convenient!

The first day was not acceptable but later hotel manager came and solved the issue but I had to spend 2 hours to explain. Very frustrating. Whole room was flooding and hotel asked us just to stay after the mopped.

Overall the resort is good. Beautiful view from the room. Service is fast and staff is helpful although sometimes they make mistakes. Beach around this area is very nice. Food is not a highlight in this resort. The main course in Italian dinner is below our expectation. We have to add more pizza because the main food is as small as a starter.

Excellent location and great for the family. Food is great. Buffet- is not like in cruise- u have to line up and wait to be seated… but food was great. I wish there was separate coffee stand especially during the morning breakfast times.. as most Americans drink coffee.. there are ways to get coffee but you have to ask for it.. also, a water fountain in the buffet area. I wish the buffet was bigger and a real buffet… if u have a larger family, u have to wait 20-30 mins to get seated.. just be prepared.. most of the time we split and asked for 2 or 3 tables.. Pool was nice- I wish there was a 4 feet pool… they were all 5 feet pool— but there were many Jaccuzzis.. water not that hot but okay… overall a good place for family…

Loved that this resort offered lots of dinning options! Lots of pools and a beautiful beach front view. Friendly staff! Loved that the resort was also close to the bus stop. I didn’t like that our check in was not on time. The resort says check in is at 3pm but our room was not ready until 4pm. As well, one of the elevators was very slow. The automatic sliding doors are also very slow. They don’t open right away.
