Compare Ski Hotels in Canmore

The overall stay was okay. Our room was located on the 1st floor and appeared to need some minor updates e.g. outlet covers did not cover the cutouts completely and looked somewhat unsafe for use, thermostat was hanging off the wall and the furniture needed some updating. We found the restaurant expensive, however the staff who greeted us were very nice and the hotel, including the room was very clean.

The hotel room was very clean, spacious, and cozy. Unfortunately the bed was extremely stiff and uncomfortable. The heated pool outside was more luke-warm. The hot tubs were pretty small and consistently packed. Thin walls, we were watching tv on volume 14 and got a noise complaint. Overall a really nice hotel and staff!

Everything was fine EXCEPT being jolted awake at 8am on Sunday morning by an electric drill seemingly next door. I understand construction must be done but maybe not at 8am on Sunday. OR alert guests that this will be happening.

Staff was welcoming and had good recommendations for best burgers in town.

Not bad

Great hotel! Cookies and hot chocolate when you checked in was a nice touch. The beds were comfy. The pool was a lot of fun and the breakfast was delicious.
