My room was very cold. There was a large gap between the ac unit and the wall. The dresser drawers were broken and almost fell out onto the floor. My bathroom door was split and and did not close all the way. No way this room was worth $ 249.00 per night

This property has been great for my son who has been working in Canmore during the week for construction. Its by far the best deal and makes live out possible. I hope the rate can be accomodated in high season as building infrastructure in the community should be valued and trades should be given fair rates so that the community can continue to grow.

Loud banging noises coming from vents for 4 days straight. They gave me a new room but the sounds were throughout the entire property. Parking lot seemed very unsafe , no security. Cable Tv didn’t work. Sketchy ‘ damage’ deposit charged at the end of my stay. Weird vibes

A surprised bedroom for a family!

Our stay at this hotel was upgraded. We were given a 2 bedroom ensuite with a nice view of the mountain. The family loves our stay. It was relaxing and comfortable. We will come back and stay there again.
