Positive: dog friendly- originally was going to bring my dog and they provided a dog bed and dog dishes. The kitchenette is a good size. Window AC in the bedroom. Friendly staff while checking in. It was the cheapest place I could find to stay in Canmore. Less positive: Room is old and outdated, smelled like stale cigarettes. Back breaking mattress. The shower was not tall enough for my 6’ tall husband to stand under. The toilet paper roll repeatedly fell off the wall. Zero bathroom counter space. My husband remarked on some else’s hair in the bathroom. Dirty coffee maker. Very noisy with other guests in the unit above ours. Parking spaces are for compact cars, not pickup trucks. Not worth $340/night.

Absolutely very cozy hotel. Although older in decor, very very clean. Towels changed daily. Yards and grounds meticulously manicured. Very comfortable. Great staff. Overall, highly recommend.

Pictures were a bit deceiving and thought the value of hotel was a bit priced high for what you get. Otherwise safe and clean and everything you need for a hotel.

Basic but very clean accommodations. What is key here is that the pricing is very good compared to so many other Cranmore lodging options. If you don't need an upscale place and are more concerned with hiking and seeing the sights the Rocky Mountain Ski Lodge is a great place to stay. They also have a large hot tub and sauna which were fantastic.

Overall good place to stay because of the distance from rail road. There were 2 beds in the second floor for my kids and one room one bed in the first floor. One thing I would like to tell you before I forget it. You toilet is slightly leaking so, you had better check it carefully.

Do not go by the pictures on line. Actual condition is really bad. Carpet is old just very sub standard property. It’s nice that there is a bathroom in between sofa area and bedroom but other than that there’s nothing good about this property.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and offered beautiful views of nature.We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the friendly service throughout our stay.
