A lovely hotel right on the riverfront, where you can walk for miles. The old town is about a 15-minute walk. A nice indoor heated pool and a lovely outdoor one too

They gave us a room designed for handicapped, a foul smell was coming through the shower sink, the street noise was heard all night due to poor windows insulation, the toilet paper holder was broken, the TV couldn’t stream Amazon due to poor internet speed, and so on.

The condition of this property is poor, the pool area is clean and the inside of the hotel needs repairs, everything is very old. The windows need cleaning. The fuses in our room went out and we were without electricity. In general, it is noticeable that the management does not want to spend an extra cent. The location is good. There is also no roof at the entrance, if it rains you get wet.

El termotanque de la habitación era chico por lo que no salía agua caliente para 4 personas. El baño se mojaba todo porque tenía una cortina de muy mala calidad. No pasaron a realizar la limpieza. El desayuno era malo.

I have been to the hotel many times. Good value for money. But the maintenance of the facilities is not good and the cleaning of the air conditioning filters in the room is almost always conspicuous by its absence

Too expensive for the service

Not worth the price unfortunately in our case. Had called a few days prior to asure there was a crib for our baby. It wasn´t ready and had to be found(luckily the team did eventually). Just did not feel it was worth the price. Also, there was a lot of noise the entire night. It was as if there was no windows at some times. Not good with a baby. We stayed the next day in the old town for less money in a nicer hotel. Will not recommend, nor come back.
