The staff was marvelous especially Jorge and Raul. The walkability was great. The hotel is next to a REALLY NICE mall and grocery store. We will DEFINITELY be back.

I stayed here for a weekend. We enjoyed our stay. It was clean, safe and the beach was right across the street. There was an issue with the drain in the shower. The hotel staff came to fix it. However, it took a long time so they put us in another room. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would come back again.

Everything's was superb, my room was very clean, the housekeeping was fantastic, I have a Jr suite extremely beautiful, the pool service is impecable, good food and great service, the breakfast was included and have a very good choices, the people at the front desk exelente, and girls at the bar very good, the hotel have a night club is one the best in Cartagena, was great

Had a nice view for the room. Infinity pool was nice. The elevators are a bit confusing, but once you get the hang of it, its ok. Told hotel it was my birthday, but was not celebrated or acknowledged for it really. Otherwise, room was cleaned each day and they have complimentary waters in the rooms which is nice when you first arrive.
