The staff was great! The rooms were good and with a lot of potential but small details were forgotten. For example, spots/stains in the walls, the doors’ peepholes were missing. Rooms have a great view and the restaurant and food are great. If Hilton Cartagena pays attention to the small details and make a couple of reparations this place will be a gem!

The pool was dirty had to tell the pool maintenance the two day to come and clean it. Breakfast wasn’t as good as other times I have stayed there. And the guy that called me for my check out was extremely rude.

Great location and overall great facility. However, the bolt lock on my door didn't work, which of course is the most important feature for security. I alerted maintenance the first day. Someone came by to look at it and said it would be fixed within the day. Was never fixed during four nights of stay
