I liked the hotel. Very nice staff. I couldn’t enjoy the beach because of the vendors. They are very persistent. So we stayed at the pool. If you don’t mind that, then you will enjoy this hotel.

Superb hotel in El Laguito. Cartagena. Extremely comfortable, the meals were first class and the service impeccable. The hotel has a private beach and numerous swimming pools - excellent for children and adults too.

I arrived to the property with a Polo Brand Jacket, according to the desk manager they have the video camera as an evidence I arrived with the Jacket. When I packaged to leave the hotel the jacket was no longer in my room. They told me I would receive an email with the explanation but it never came.

The hotel staff is outstanding! They are very helpful and they alwasy try the best to fulfilland request with a smile and readiness. The hotel is very well located with easy access to the beach and within walking distance to a plenty of restaurant and bar.
