It’s seen better days .
Only positives - staffing very friendly dealing with hordes of people, Starbucks (!), great place to just drop things off and venture into city, great place to take photos.
Otherwise, I booked a city view (windows were dirty), elevators were hit and miss (my elevator card didn’t work the first day and staff had a really long queue), dark hallways, smelled of strong cleaning detergent, and the bed felt like lying on sheetrock. I wouldn’t stay here again…
