It has the three Ls…Location Location Location. Very convenient to everything. The staff were phenomenal. The rooms are a little outdated and could use some freshening up. No need for a bathtub anymore just renovate it for modern showers. The breakfast buffet is the best I ever had. The restaurants look very appealing. Overall stay was very pleasant. You cannot go wrong with this property.

The hotel's location is a significant highlight, offering superb convenience, especially given its close proximity to the airport, which greatly facilitated my travel arrangements. Furthermore, I was consistently impressed by the outstanding professionalism and attentiveness displayed by the hotel staff throughout my visit. Room was immaculately clean. They allowed an early check in and checked me in as soon as I arrived. Staff is really polite and welcoming. Great location near bunch of shopping malls and restaurants. The rooms aren’t noise proof. So could hear everyone at the corridor and the traffic outside.

★☆☆☆☆ Dusit Thani Manila – Disappointing Front Desk Experience I hate leaving a 1-star review because the property itself has a lot going for it, but one bad experience can really ruin an otherwise good stay. I had a 7-day booking and ended up needing to leave one day early due to a change in plans. When I went to the front desk to address it, one staff member was unprofessional and surprisingly unsympathetic, and the way the situation was handled felt dismissive instead of helpful. I understand policies exist, but professionalism and basic courtesy should never be optional—especially at a hotel with this reputation. Unfortunately, that interaction left a strong negative impression and overshadowed my stay. Because of how this was handled, I won’t be returning.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Very good staff service. Thai restaurant was very good too. Very convenient location.Next to shopping malls. Rooms are clean. Beds and beddings are comfortable. Double beds were not available so they put us on connecting rooms, though we paid for premier rooms. Facilities needs overall upgrade like the pool, bathrooms and doors.

The Housekeeping and Club Lounge Staff were outstanding as usual. Sadly, I cannot say the same about the Front Desk staff. I have lost track of the number of times that I have stayed in this hotel and this is the first time that I have ever publicly commented on rude / ignorant behavior but that is what I received from two members of the Front Desk Staff especially during our checkout with Frethcel. Extremely disappointing and I certainly expect better from this hotel.
