We always stay here when traveling to the Philippines. A small oasis from the hustle and bustle of city life. The breakfast buffet and the large executive suite is what keeps bringing us back. The room service dining menu is also fantastic! Hotel is conveniently located. Staff is pleasant and attentive. Best value in Manila.

Customer Service is top notch. Although Hotel is old and tired in the room, at least it is kept clean. Only and main concern I had was the drinking water supplied in non sealed container in the rooms. Ran into stomach issues during my stay and hope it is not from the water.

I booked a suite room 730 to be exact. Room was large, clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no shower only a soaking tub. Had I known that before I would have selected a different room.

This is my fourth stay at the Dusit Thani in Manila and although some of the rooms need a bit of an upgrade, I always come back for the service, (which is amazing), food (great restaurants in the hotel) and the location. Staff is very attentive.
