The handicap accessible rooms are most definitely NOT accessible to anyone in a wheelchair, at all!! Shower should be roll in, all are the same due to improper remodel of first floor. This information was from staff… I’m still waiting for the facility to return my calls. I will be contacting the ADA. Thoroughly disappointed in management!!! I should be able to shower when I stay over?? Please someone tell me if I’m wrong!!

Remodel is looking good in the rooms 100% better. I heard they were going to get the old breakfast center back. Replacing the continental breakfast is a good move,

Regular Casino People. We earned or won a free room on our Mardi gras player card, but the hotel could not refund night because of the booking company. Free night would have been nice but booking through Expedia the hotel could not refund room.

Hotel staff were kind and quick to fix our air. My only complaints really is that it seems to be run down. The pool and hot tub are not there anymore despite the website still having those features up. The AC wasn't impressive and the beds left us aching and not well rested. Also the showers are cramped, and the water pressure isn't satisfying.

I’m not crazy about a continental breakfast. Having to watch sugar and wheat, there was nothing available. I was not the only customer mentioning similar problems.
