Clean rooms

I had high expectations given that this was one of the more expensive options in the area, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. It started with the garage elevator not working, which was inconvenient right from arrival. Then, I found an item of underwear left on the vanity from a previous guest, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness. To make matters worse, the AC stopped working in the middle of my stay. I’ve had positive experiences here before and truly appreciated the property, which makes this visit even more frustrating. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this time the issues were too significant to overlook.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. And the facility as a whole was clean.

Big hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Equipped with fridge, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash. Pool and exercise equipment room. This is our second time at this hotel and it lives up to other reviews of a awesome breakfast buffet. Marie and Shawn are to be commended for making us feel at home with excellent service. Marie handled omelets and waffles as well as keeping the line straight for guests to pass and handling tickets discussions. She did it all and I'm sure needs a raise. Shawn was the only server who was pleasant and helpful. He made sure we had all we needed. He is to be commended for a job well done. Thanks for all these two did to make our stay wonderful! Additionally, the front desk check-in person who was only on her 3rd day did an awesome job as well handling multiple things at once while assisting waiting and phone quests. We truly recommend this hotel for all future stays!
