Advertised breakfast but still have minimal Covid grab and go bag. Stated they had 24 hour coffee. It was true, but I filled my travel mug to find out later it was old cold coffee. I recommend paying a little more for a better place.
I would like the room has safe box, also I would like the room has better condition WC, I mean the WC did not have toilet lid

The room was nice, however some of the business should have been replaced or repaired. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The laundry facilities and computer station need immediate attention.
We probably won't book Red Roof Inn based on this hotel. It is very basic, and needs repair throughout. Holes in the curtains, thread-wear sheets, etc. The staff were all very nice, but the facilities are really not the best.
I was told when I got there that someone under my name was checked in. It made me very nervous. The clerk went to my room and checked to see if anyone was there- about 5min later he walked down the stairs and another gentleman walked down on the other side of stairs at the same time. Not sure if this was coincidence. It made me uncomfortable to sleep. I was nervous,. the clerk was very pleasant and apologized several times for the confusion. He stated another staff member checked me in =-something about a 3rd party reservation. i stayed here almost every week for the last few months with no issues. That is the only reason I didn't given it more stars, which i usually do.
Cancelled my reservation 11 days before my arrival date and they still charged me. Terrible service from hotels.com as well. They also did NOT cancel the reservation even though it was 11 days, policy says 3 days
This hotel is been going from average to bad . Because before at least the pool was open, they offered Continental breakfast some cereal and bread. But now jeez who close an indoor pool for a season isn't supposed to be heated? Is an indoor pool!!! No breakfast at all some color water coffee it's so bad. And not so clean. I'm so disappointed I'd had stayed at better hotels for less money, clean and nice breakfast buffet!.
The gym isn’t much. No weights and the elliptical was broken. The had a bike and treadmill with incline. They had a couple medicine balls but heaviest was only 10lbs. Breakfast is just granola bars in a bag. No fruit. Coffee wasn’t too bad most days actually and Starbucks is just 5 minutes away. Nice little view across the highway. Location is good. Seemed clean but I kept everything in my suitcase as I saw a few little bugs and a good amount of hair. Wallpaper is peeling and things just don’t look up to date despite reviews saying it’s new and nice. Staff is super nice though. Basic needs for sleeping while you’re traveling at a reasonable price. Ladies - bring conditioner. They have 2&1 that left my hair rough. Quite a few restaurants and a Barnes and noble and such nearby.
