Went for Halloween event pool closed at which I thought was way too early. There was a movie for adults but that was closed down early, it was said no one come down well I had to get my children in the room and food so by the time I came down they had started the movie early and ended it early the front desk staff tried to the situation accommodating but I didn't want me be a fuss the lifeguards were young and probably wanted to enjoy Halloween as well. Overall great hotel staff awesome.

I read reviews of this hotel and water park a couple years back and they weren't good so I avoided staying there. I'm so glad I took the leap because those reviews were WRONG. The staff was above par on every aspect (front desk, breakfast service, lifeguards) and there was always someone around cleaning something (floors, tabletops, bathrooms). Highly recommend this for both kids and parents!

Family-friendly hotel. Every member of their staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent! Dining service was a great option and delicious. The waterpark was a lot of fun - something for everyone! Love the decor and theme carried throughout the pool area - hot tub is huge and caters to adults and kids which is great. The room is nicely sized with the bunk bed alcove perfect for the kids. Bedding and pillows very comfortable. Have stayed here before and will definitely return.
