waiting on refund

This hotel was awful to us. When we arrived they had given our room away and put us in a pet/dog room. No working TV. No working fridge. the next night they tried to move us into a single bed room but couldn't get any keys to work. We had to leave and find another hotel. Manager Nicole said they would refund us for that night but has not. I have called numerus times and she will not answer or call me back. 10 days later and i am still calling with no resolution! You did not have a room i reserved, at least refund my payment

Not worth it

Absolutely disgusting shape. From the outside you may feel it is alright, but it’s a far-cry from what I’d call a decent hotel. Pool was gross, walls and rooms smell. Dirt everywhere. Our room felt like a dive bar at 2:39 a.m.

Aweful customer service. Desk clerk did not know what to do. Had to come down 3 times because keys didn't work. Finally called & told them they needed to come up & let us in our room.... It took them 2 more tries.... Not appoligitic, just had an attitude of not wanting to help. Hotel itself was decent for the price....

The hotel is a nice place to stop in to rest. It is clean and the staff are friendly. It’s a little dated but maintained. Plenty of parking. There is nice view of the hills from our room.

We got stuck in a 5 1/2 hour traffic standstill due to a 3 semi accident. We didn’t get into our hotel until 2AM. The night clerk was amazing and so kind. The room was lovely

The room we stayed in was new and clean and comfortable. When we first stayed there about three or four years ago, we stayed on the bottom floor and it was great also. We told my son and daughter-in-law and we all stayed there the next time and stayed on the third floor and it was not near as nice that was during the Covid years.

The hotel was dirty (in our room and throughout the lobby, pool, and dining area). We stayed 4 days and was told our room would be cleaned on the 3rd day (verified with front desk that morning) and nothing was cleaned. I would not suggest this hotel.

Beware

My room was given away the first night leaving me in a bind at midnight. I had flown in and gotten a ride to the hotel only to find they had no rooms despite my confirmed reservation. To make it worse all the local hotels were booked due to a international bike race so i had to stay in a hotel further away without any of the cleanliness or amenities i had booked. My keys expired twice a day for all 7 days i stayed. The manager was nice but the younger staff did not care at all. They never cleaned the room, emptied the trash or brought towels.

KENTUCKY TRAVELER

The most difficult part was FINDING the hotel. I drove around quite a bit until I stopped for directions at a State Farm office on McCorkle. it seems that road weaves all around the town. When I left, I had trouble getting back to 64-East. So it cost me time both finding the hotel and getting back to 64 East. Better directions are need on the internet site! The room was in excellent condition and very clean, but the air conditioner wasn't very effective.
