Hotel is in good walkable location near King street and we enjoyed Charleston very much! The hotel itself looks and smells like carpets should be updated a while ago. There was a stale smell in our room and no refrigerator to keep our drinks cold. Also breakfast, in comparison to other hotels, wasn’t great. Getting in and out from the hotel garage was confusing if you are handicapped, we have received three different informations and still got stuck at the gate. As a long time member of this hotel chain, this one was the worse.

The hotel is in need of an upgrade. The rooms were smelly and the carpet throughout the hotel is in desperate need of replacement. The location is fantastic.

The Hotel is in a great position between King Street and Meeting Street ideal for walking to the Waterfront and shops. Excellent facilities and very helpful staff. Breakfast more than adequate. Lovely time there for both of us.

The hotel is in a great location, no more than a mile from all the restaurants and water. It is in an old building and really needs to be redone inside. A lot of wear and tear. The biggest problem was no refrigerator in the room! Had to ice down the wine the old fashion way!
