There is far too little parking. The building behind the property is abandoned and we saw homeless people going in and out with sleeping bags. We were expected to park in a deck a half a block away. There was no security and little lighting. Due to safety problems I can not recommend. Tit is sad because the staff were friendly.

Awful experience

Possibly the worst hotel experience ever. Construction everywhere, parking was absolute nightmare, we could hear the room next us talking all night, and they were not being loud. Did not sleep for one minute. Noisy, dirty, small and uncomfortable. I’ll never stay at a Holiday Inn again. Terrible

Lobby & personal on point. Breakfast evening social outstanding. Room great, Bathroom 1 star , no fan, drainage issue when you take shower. Grout in shower was done by a 6 year old. Grout cleanliness very poor. Room 311 i stayed in.

Overall, very positive experience. The only negatives were the super-soft bed pillows that made it impossible to sleep comfortably and parking. We utilize handicap parking (with valid HP placard) and were told when we arrived that parking was free but that we should put the hotel parking pass on the dash. We did but still found a $15 charge for parking on our bill at checkout (maybe why we also got an email encouraging us to use digital checkout?). The hotel manager initially insisted that parking was not free and told us that the fee was clearly marked on the pass we were to put on the dash. Still having the pass, we checked and there was no indication of any fee for parking, handicapped or not. SCAM.

Please consider other accomodations

At check-in, instructions on parking were not clearly communicated which resulted in my illegally parking and receiving a parking ticket. No night manager was on duty to resolve my issue. Upon returning to my room, I reviewed provided instructions that indicated the correct area to park. I admit, I was parked incorrectly but later I observed the same directions confusingly explained to another guest the night before my check out. Cleaning staff cleaning adjacent rooms were extremely loud, banging against the walls. Baskets and cleaning supplies and carts were left blocking elevators, room doors, and randomly throughout the hallways. Door to my room would not latch unless the door was slammed shut. This could be heard by, and from, other guests day and night. Staff were very unhelpful. Parking was extremely cramped with 10-15 cars being illegally parked in no parking zones that made the lot extremely difficult and dangerous to navigate.
