Very clean and comfortable room. We were in a separate building from the main lobby but I liked it because you couldn’t get in the building without a room key. Felt safe. Easy on off I64 and close to many restaurants and gas stations.

Had to walk thru the rain to the main lobby 3 different times because my room key didn't work. Not very happy about that. Probably wouldn't stay at this location again because of this experience.

Reserved a king room. We’ve used handicap rooms before, so not an issue but the moment we walked in, it smelled horrible, the bed was barely a foot off the ground and the shower was disgusting. I called front desk. There was no other king rooms so they got us into a queen. This room was much nicer but it was on the second floor and even though there was a valet cart, there was no elevator to use to get to the second floor. We didn’t find that out until we tried to find an elevator. The hotel is broke up into three different buildings and we were not in the main building. It actually had a nice view. The front desk was cordial, but not overly friendly. Gave us a room number and the Wi-Fi password but no information about the breakfast. Hotel got good reviews online but I wasn’t overly impressed.

The gentleman at the front desk for my check-in was very friendly, helpful, polite, and professional. Upon entering my room, it had the strongest odor of mildew and mold. Some of the plank flooring in my room was warped/soft when stepping on it as well. Based on my past experiences in commercial property management (and moisture damage/prevention), I'd suggest checking and regularly cleaning the filter in the wall-mounted/window HVAC unit, and addressing moisture issues. These issues can pose serious health concerns to your guests (I woke up this morning with a respiratory/cold-like sickness, which has happened to me once in the past in very similar circumstances due to mold exposure). I've never stayed at a Quality Inn, and I did not feel this was a "Quality" experience overall.

It was ok, I appreciate very much the dog friendliness, however there is not much area to walk a dog to relieve itself I think people should be aware. Maybe it was my location of room but doors were opening and closing all night and walls seem very thin to hold out noise. Staff and cleanliness was good
