The entire process was wonderful especially when I started to stress about parking. The staff was very helpful! Everything was accessible by walking and convenient. The room, hallways, and decor was beautiful and clean!! I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel when visiting Charlotte. I would love for the hotel to offer free parking for their guests!

Check in was great! And quick. We did the Valet which was cool. The app was a little confusing trying to navigate it but the Valet men were very helpful and cool about it. It was worth it, so we could just enjoy the hotel and amenities and not worrying about tryna find parking. The property was clean and the room was pretty clean. We chose the room- king bed size. The setup of the room was a little small/ wierd lol but overall it served its purpose. The room is probably best for one person. I like the set up of the bathroom. Nice and modern . Shower pressure was decent and def hot. The Ac in the room was decent as well and I thoroughly enjoyed the blackout curtains in the room. Felt very safe — as you have to swipe your room key in the elevator. I’d def recommend for convenience. And in Uptown charlotte. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I’d def come back and stay for sure.

Great hitel

Great hotel spacious rooms comfortable beds. The room was clean the bed linen was clean and fresh. The bathroom was spacious towels clean and fresh. The shower was super. I ate at the bar food and service was great
