Second stay at the Omni Charlotte and it was excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and the building is well maintained. Even with an event happening we had two quiet nights. The pool is closed for renovations but the other amenities we used were great.

It was excellent! We went to an event at the belk theater and it was walking distance. I loved the fact that they had valet service and everyone was so nice. They even have a Walgreens downstairs just in case you forgot something. I would most definitely stay there again
